New Year's Eve Concert with BerlinerPhilharmoniker
PG2h 00m
About this film
Can classical music be humorous? Absolutely, as the Berliner Philharmoniker and chief conductor Kirill Petrenko show in their 2026 New Year’s Eve Concert. Parodies of Haydn and Mozart in Prokofiev’s Symphonie Classique; Shostakovich’s witty Double Concerto for Piano and Trumpet; and a fireworks display of mischief in Richard Strauss’s Till Eulenspiegel’s Merry Pranks make for a joyful programme to ring in the New Year. Enjoy this lively celebration on screen at Number 8! Tickets: £17.50 (includes a glass of fizz) (plus £1.20 per ticket if booked online)
